Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop proposal outlines and schedules to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Work closely with the team to organize and update proposal documents, send reminders, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain quality results by using templates, following proposal-writing standards, and editing text for accuracy and consistency.
- Write, edit, compile, and organize information from various sources to create cohesive proposals.
- Assist in updating spreadsheets and composing bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- A motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from initial planning through delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
