The role of a Pre-sales Executive is to drive business growth through strategic presales and business solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering presales processes from client meetings to scope definition, costing, and solution pricing.
  • Conducting knowledge sharing/training for sales teams on product portfolios.
  • Assisting project management offices and back-office teams in project delivery.

Bid pre-qualification, bid management, solution design, presentation, and contract reviews are also key aspects of this role.

  • Designing and providing consultative support in RFPs drafting.
  • Leading the prequalification, vendor registration, pre-bid, RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with due diligence.
  • Presenting bid responses to management for review and price approvals.
  • Reviewing contracts with legal teams and negotiating terms with customers.
