Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and propose suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team in qualifying opportunities and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
- Design and present customized infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, and endpoints).
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors for product knowledge and configurations.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, BOMs, solution diagrams, and proposals.
- Stay updated on latest hardware technologies, trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12–5 years of relevant pre-sales or solution design experience in IT hardware.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware brands (e.g., Dell, HPE, Huawei, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.).
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components: servers, SAN/NAS storage, backup, and networking.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
