About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their recruitment expertise and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, keeping track of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
