Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, and marketing.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative employer branding strategies, creating engaging content for social media, company websites, job boards, and recruitment materials, and coordinating employer branding events and activities.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants, and extending job offers to selected candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies aligned with our business objectives and values.

Creating compelling messaging and content that reflects our company culture and values.

Designing engaging content for social media, company websites, job boards, and recruitment materials.

Coordinating employer branding events and activities.

Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.

Extending job offers to selected candidates.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Maintaining a comprehensive database for interview scheduling and update employee records regularly.
