Human Resources Manager Role

Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is a multi-business organization spread over six campuses with over 450 employees.

We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Head Office team as Assistant Manager HR. This role requires a proactive professional with strong strategic thinking and operational excellence to manage and support key HR functions, support business leaders, and drive people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Line Managers and BU Heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support current and future business needs.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development while reviewing and recommending headcount allocations.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and separations.

This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and procedures ensuring full compliance with labor laws or governing bodies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising, coaching, and supporting employees and managers on people matters, handling grievances and soliciting feedback to address workforce needs.
