Key Job Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and support to ensure the effective implementation of organizational goals.

  • Develops and executes comprehensive human resource strategies to align with the organization's vision and objectives.
  • Formulates and implements policies, standards, and procedures that foster a fair, equitable, and productive work environment.
  • Ensures that HR considerations are integral to all decision-making processes.
  • Integrates Islamic values and principles into human resources policies and practices, setting an exemplary standard for team members.
  • Cultivates awareness and understanding among managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, empowering them to operate effectively.
  • Provides expert guidance and support to managers on HR and organizational development matters.
  • Develops and administers induction programs for new employees, volunteers, and trustees.
  • Designs, implements, and manages performance appraisal systems to drive growth and improvement.
  • Oversees annual training and development planning, ensuring compliance with individualized plans.
  • Monitors salary and benefit reviews to maintain alignment with market trends.
  • Offers advice and support as needed in disciplinary, grievance, and other related matters.
  • Ensures the effective operation and maintenance of HR systems, including record-keeping and follow-up activities.

Salary Range: 420000 - 840000 PKR/year
