Job Title: Senior Office Administrator
  • Act as a liaison or case manager between the healthcare practice and patients.
  • Review treatment options with patients, answer questions, discuss financial arrangements, and make agreements in writing.
  • Track all treatments presented using a centralized system.
  • Monitor case acceptance ratios to meet or exceed our goal of 67%.
  • Estimate patient insurance coverage, educate on benefits and limitations, submit claims, and handle adjustments.
  • No patient should be scheduled without a signed financial agreement.
  • Record referral sources for new patients.
  • Maintain organized office file systems.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Organize reception areas for cleanliness and appearance.
  • Complete daily office routines.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized individual who can monitor work performed by staff, ensure timely completion within budget, and maintain high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, ability to motivate employees, and effective decision-making skills.

Familiarity with computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required.

Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and interact professionally with various individuals.
