We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Assistant and Office Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support, coordinate recruitment activities, and maintain accurate records.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the human resource and office teams
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and payroll information
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in administration, recruitment, or human resources
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
