We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team at HR Outsourcing and Consulting. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our HR functions, including providing clerical and administrative support to our Human Resources executives. You will also be responsible for compiling and updating employee records, processing documentation, and preparing reports related to personnel activities.

Job Description:
  1. Assist with HR functions and duties
  2. Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
  3. Compile and update employee records
  4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  5. Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training sessions, and surveys
  6. Communicate with public services when necessary
  7. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  8. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  9. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  10. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
