Brand Building Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Brand Building Expert, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our brand's presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building strong brands from scratch and driving business growth through effective marketing and sales techniques.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, work independently, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

This role requires a high level of analytical expertise, with the ability to understand complex issues and their consequences. Additionally, the candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand building strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and coordinate promotional activities, including events, campaigns, and product launches
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing and sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience in the garment/denim industry or a similar field
  • Creative and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
  • Understand and develop a long-term business vision
  • Coordination and planning of budgets, people, and time management
  • Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
