Corporate Lawyer Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to provide expert guidance on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Legal Guidance: Offer support on contracts, compliance, regulations, and other legal issues.
  • Draft and Review Documents: Develop, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and policies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify business operations align with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the Company: Liaise with external counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.
  • Conduct Research: Stay updated on legal developments and conduct thorough research.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization from liabilities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Excellent understanding of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
