We are seeking a professional and courteous front desk executive to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Greet visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide administrative support by handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room reservations.
- Disseminate information about products, services, or events to visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, including details such as purpose of visit, time in/out, and contact information.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and equipment
