Job Details

This role requires a professional and friendly individual to manage the front desk of our organization. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, visitors, and employees, as well as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  5. Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distribute them to the appropriate department or individual.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
