Seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Professional to support our organization's daily financial operations and month-end closings.

Job Description
  • Manage reporting in-line with accounting guidelines, preparing cost accruals, management accounts, and vendor payments.
  • Assist business controllers with day-to-day tasks and identify process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate external audit activities and provide necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Accounting guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intercompany cost accruals, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Update management accounts, prepare reports, and drive process standardization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements across financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver daily tasks and projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • ACCA/ACMA/CA/MBA Finance degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of IFRS and strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Oracle Fusion.
  • Good time-management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated to undertake responsibilities and work without supervision.
  • Ability to bond and adjust within the team and department.
