We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to support our Human Resources department as an HR Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information.
  • Coordinate employee separation procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information

This is a remote opportunity that requires strong time management skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems, is a plus.
