Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to call center agents and supervisors in using VICIDial. This includes assisting with basic user issues, answering queries, and conducting training sessions as needed.

Additionally, the IT Specialist will identify and resolve basic technical issues related to VICIDial promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in call center operations.

">

In this role, you will also monitor system performance and generate basic reports to assess call center productivity and efficiency using VICIDial's reporting tools.

">

This is a full-time position working night shifts (10 hours) requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
