Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a good listener, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. This role involves direct interaction with UK-based clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with UK-based clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide prompt and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Uphold a customer-first approach with patience and empathy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Good listening skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience will be a plus point.
  • Fresher are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Details

  • Timings: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Salary: PKR 40,000 basic + PKR 5,000 per approved sale.
  • Location: Jenan Abu Ul Fazal Plaza, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi.
