About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our nationwide sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement key performance indicators for the B2C inventory team to ensure maximum throughput of ads, quality of adverts, and resource optimization.
  • Operationalize key success activities driven by key objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor the trajectory of organic ads and lead necessary actions with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in managing large direct sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in recruiting and retaining high-performance sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and coach team members.
  • Strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
