We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation in our kitchens.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of meals, managing kitchen resources, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer needs and preferences
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
