Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at 4B Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage key accounts and develop strategies to retain existing clients.
  • Promote new business opportunities to existing accounts.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and quality service delivery.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition to clients.
  • Prepare and present status reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Able to handle recurring Business Development, wholesale Business key account Management, routing strategies, and traffic/revenues/cost analysis.
