Sr. Manager Pre-Sales

The ideal candidate for this Pre-Sales Solutions Expert role will possess extensive experience in selling complex IT services. They will be responsible for managing opportunities such as client meetings, solution pitches, and RFP responses, while collaborating with the sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis.

As a key member of our team, you will lead or participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, strategy development, proposal creation, review & feedback process, and competitive positioning. A strong techno-commercial and cost-sensitive orientation is essential, along with hands-on experience with business case-driven pre-sales methodologies.

You will work closely with delivery heads to identify the right teams and develop solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can organize client visits from planning to identifying key participants.

Conducting primary and secondary research is also an integral part of this role. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and written skills, as well as exceptional presentation and proposal skills.
