We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to help us deliver high-quality technical solutions and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers through various channels.
  • Migrate complex web applications and assist junior colleagues with their migration processes.
  • Help customers with application load tests and upgrades.
  • Convert complex customer queries into actionable tickets when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to abuse reports in close coordination with other teams.
Job Requirements:
  • You have a strong technical background with a solid understanding of the hosting industry, specifically related to PHP (WordPress, Magento, etc.) and its underlying technologies (Linux, Nginx, Apache, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience as a developer is highly valued.
  • You possess empathy and can understand other people's concerns.
  • You are a team player who can work effectively across cultures and mediums.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are skilled in analysis and troubleshooting.
  • A basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments (like AWS, GCE, etc.) is highly desired.
