Cloud Platform Support Team Lead

The role involves overseeing shift operations, ensuring high-quality customer support, managing team performance, and collaborating with management to improve processes.

  • Leading and managing support shifts, including onboarding and training new team members.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting KPIs such as CSAT and SLA adherence.
  • Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and conducting regular meetings.
  • Handling complex technical issues and coordinating escalations.
  • Collaborating with management to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably in cloud or hosting services, with managerial experience.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux (Apache, Nginx, MySQL) and open-source applications is a plus.
