The Wellness Coach plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. This dynamic position involves maintaining equipment, engaging with members, and promoting a positive experience within the wellness area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the achievement of our organization's mission and vision.
  • Foster a professional culture based on values such as empathy, integrity, respect, and accountability.
  • Supervise the wellness area and provide coaching on various activities to YMCA members.
  • Deliver member training, orientations, and evaluations as scheduled.
  • Document daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checks.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in the wellness area and adhere to documentation procedures.
  • Input maintenance requests into our association's maintenance software.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • At least six months of experience in the wellness field.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification is required within 60 days of employment.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check and Child Protective Services clearance.
