Network Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Specialist to enhance network accessibility, ensure service continuity, and support business growth in high-potential areas.

The successful candidate will lead the rehabilitation of faulty networks, ensure timely complaint resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external civic bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers and supporting administrative services across designated regions
  • Coordinating rehabilitation and maintenance of faulty PSTN, Broadband, IPTV, and GPON networks
  • Monitoring installation and sales targets, ensuring they align with area goals and company KPIs
  • Conducting surveys, identifying underground cable faults, and overseeing timely preventive and corrective actions
  • Collaborating with ANR, CMC, Technical, QA, and HSE teams for execution of local projects
  • Liaising with civil government departments to protect PTCL assets and support expansion works
  • Representing PTCL in local court matters and coordinating staff administrative affairs

Requirements:

  • BE/BSc in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering
  • B-Tech (Telecom/Electronics) is also acceptable
