Data Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients on multiple data delivery platforms, working closely with commercial teams to understand client requirements and configure entitlements and capabilities.
About the Role- Collaborate with frontline commercial teams to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences.
- Process free trials, new sales, renewals, cancellations, and suspensions in a timely manner, aligning to service level agreements.
- Work closely with order-to-cash teams to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
- Evaluate client requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure accurate checks and balances before granting access to clients.
- Analyze root cause issues and implement preventive measures.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve client cases.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and learning agility.
- Diagnostics approach to assist internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
