About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for operational matters across multiple departments. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing short-term and long-term goals, managing budgets and evaluating staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Direction

You will work closely with the management team to establish clear priorities and metrics for success. This will involve analyzing patient care delivery and communicating findings to the administration. You will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Departmental Administration

You will direct the day-to-day administration of assigned departments, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgets, evaluating staffing needs, and making recommendations for equipment and supply procurement.

Collaboration and Compliance

You will work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure. This will involve monitoring operations and initiating changes as necessary to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are also essential. A strong understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and quality assurance principles is required.
