Job Title:Senior Team Operations Manager
Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Team Operations Manager to lead our team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to manage a department of 50 to 60 people.

The successful candidate will have experience in executing smart department operations within given resources, including leave and shift management.

They will also be responsible for enabling resources for efficient execution as per their roles and responsibilities.

In addition, they will establish and monitor customer service standards by employing recognized benchmarks.

The role involves conducting progress and development meetings with staff, as well as ensuring timely completion of ongoing projects.

The Senior Team Operations Manager will develop a performance-driven team that can achieve assigned targets.

They will create a professional work environment where individuals are treated equally and fairly.

Responsibilities include implementing company policies and procedures, conducting regular reviews of KPIs, and identifying workable areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will also conduct training needs analysis and develop staff for next-level roles.

Focus on operations improvement and business development is essential for this role.

Experience Required:
  1. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience managing different teams and departments.
  2. Experience in international recruitment, customer support & services, business operations, call center operations, and project management.
