Job Description:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the IT services industry. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Manage Sales Processes: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration: Collaborative nature with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
