Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and distribution efforts in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong geographic presence through new customer and distributor acquisition.
  • Hold team members accountable for sales and profit delivery through regular review meetings.
  • Maintain a robust network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership skills to manage a sales and distributors team.
  • Personality traits: drive, continuous improvement mindset, results-oriented, accountability.
  • Strong communication skills to influence internally and externally.
  • At least 10 years of experience in building material/furniture sales or building material sales.
  • Knowledge of Pan Pakistan.
  • Ability to work independently, preferably based in Lahore or Karachi.
