Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, execution, and distribution of marketing materials. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the creation of sales materials and collaborate with the sales department to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy that drives business growth and success.
  • Manage creative development for direct mail, advertising, and online marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
  • Oversee the implementation of direct mail and online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Create and execute sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to target businesses.
  • Develop and maintain website content that engages audiences and drives conversions.
  • Foster effective working relationships with other departments to identify target businesses and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Document and track lead and sales performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Analyze all marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.

  • Operational Competence: Demonstrate discipline and rigor in executing marketing plans, identifying and resolving barriers to success.
  • Optimize marketing processes, tools, and systems for timely delivery of marketing programs and materials.

  • Problem Solving: Understand complex concepts and situations presented by the dynamic business environment, identifying root causes and applying logical methods to find effective solutions.
