Job Overview

Analyzing customer success data to drive business growth is a key responsibility of this role. As a dynamic and analytical professional, you will be working closely with the customer success team to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

You will be required to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics. Your strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting will enable you to make informed decisions that positively impact the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer success data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics.
  3. Collaborate with the customer success team to understand their needs and identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Create and maintain documentation of customer success processes and workflows.
  5. Monitor the sales to customer success handoff process and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Use your tech-savvy skills to automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  7. Conduct customer surveys to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Facilitate planning for the growth of the customer success team.
  9. Work with the compensation team to develop and manage incentive programs.
Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Statistics, or Mathematics. You should have 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer operations, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and experience with automation and optimization tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
