Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate accounting and record-keeping for asset movements.
  • Coordinate conferences, seminars, and events held on or off-site.
  • Manage administrative department records.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures within the department and by relevant authorities.
  • Process administrative material purchases through the purchase order process.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and assist in drafting deeds, contracts, and agreements.
  • Timely payment of dues, bills, rents, and government charges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government departments.
  • Perform managerial duties in the absence of the manager.
  • Supervise housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative affairs.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of bills and invoices.
  • Provide guidance to assistant managers and subordinate staff.
Job Specifications:
  • Ensure timely recruitment of required positions through contractors.
  • Comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Supervise contractor labor payments, including salaries, wages, and overtime.
  • Handle non-management employee grievances.
  • Establish relationships with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with statutory audits.
  • Seek advice from the company's legal advisor as needed.
