
Administrative Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate accounting and record-keeping for asset movements.
- Coordinate conferences, seminars, and events held on or off-site.
- Manage administrative department records.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures within the department and by relevant authorities.
- Process administrative material purchases through the purchase order process.
- Collaborate with external vendors and assist in drafting deeds, contracts, and agreements.
- Timely payment of dues, bills, rents, and government charges.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government departments.
- Perform managerial duties in the absence of the manager.
- Supervise housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative affairs.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of bills and invoices.
- Provide guidance to assistant managers and subordinate staff.
- Ensure timely recruitment of required positions through contractors.
- Comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise contractor labor payments, including salaries, wages, and overtime.
- Handle non-management employee grievances.
- Establish relationships with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with statutory audits.
- Seek advice from the company's legal advisor as needed.
