Key Responsibilities:
">- Back Office Support: Ensure seamless coordination of tasks across departments.
- Calling Tasks: Conduct outbound calls to clients and customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
