Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role in the finance and accounting department. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing all aspects of finance and accounting functions, including MIS, banking, income tax, sales tax matters, costing, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis.
  • Assisting the manager of finance and playing a key role in the implementation of internal controls for all financial transactions.
  • Producing monthly management accounts within set deadlines.
  • Analyzing cash flow and financial statements to identify potential weak areas.
  • Assisting in preparing monthly and annual accounts, inventory movement reports, and periodic cash flow statements.
  • Assisting in planning and implementing the business transfer from sole proprietorship to AOP/Limited company.
  • Verifying all payment invoices, orders, control sheets, and cheques.
  • Supervising credit and vendor management, and overseeing and improving cost accounting processes.
  • Assisting in implementing internal controls related to Finance & Accounts.
  • Supervising the reconciliation of sales, bank statements, and bank positions.
  • Verifying and supervising the filing of monthly/quarterly/annual income tax and sales tax returns.
  • Preparing expense details and comparative statements on a monthly or as-needed basis.
  • Supervising petty cash management.
  • Assisting with other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
