Management Office Coordinator

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent administrative skills and experience working in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative services to the Project Core Team and management.
- Establish a project governance structure outlining regular meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and office requirements for the Project Core Team.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of company databases.
- Implement a record-keeping system using Excel and physical forms, including correspondence.
- Produce regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Collaborate with Finance to obtain necessary documentation.
- Assist with collecting visa-related documents when required.
- Oversee leave records and circulation to relevant staff.
- Support timesheet creation and attendance register updates.
- Monitor DN submissions and forward them to PR accordingly.
- Circulate collected letters from PR simultaneously.
- Source essential materials and supplies locally.
- Process various documents, including cash advance requests and medical claims.
- Store approved cash advance requests and expenses after circulation.
- Carry out other assignments as directed by the Line Manager/Management.
