Meta Campaign Specialist

As a paid advertising specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Key Responsibilities:- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Develop strategies to drive conversions, engagement, and brand visibility aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimise ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored for Meta Ads.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads Manager features, algorithm changes, and trends.
- A minimum of 16 years of formal education, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong portfolio of results (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with e-commerce or performance-based campaigns is preferred.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools is essential.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation is required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or equivalent are necessary.
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies and compliance standards is expected.
