We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of high-impact healthcare platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex, scalable healthcare products.
  • Hands-on development and review of code with adherence to best practices.
  • Full-stack knowledge with strong hands-on experience in Angular; PHP and Node.js experience is a plus.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Design scalable architectures using micro frontends and Dockerization.
  • Manage and guide CI/CD pipelines based on Bitbucket.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time production environments.
  • Lead technical planning, system design, and product life cycle management.
  • Work collaboratively in a Scrum-based Agile environment.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and system robustness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders including senior management, product owners, and front desk leads.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Software Engineers professionals to meet the company's quality standards.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and integration of new hires into the team for optimal performance.
  • Prior experience in EMR/EHR domains and product-based environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of relevant development and leadership experience.
  • Strong command of Angular and experience with scalable front-end architectures.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket-based), and production deployment strategies.
  • Ability to write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Exposure to application security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system design, troubleshooting, and managing full software lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
