Job Description:

Digital Products & Services Development Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Digital Products professional to join our team. As a member of the Digital Products & Services Development team, you will play a critical role in serving as liaisons between all departments and the IS&T organization. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, communicating business requirements, and supporting user testing to achieve business goals.

The structure of the team is divided into two sub-teams, each with a clear set of responsibilities. You will be part of a 3-member sub-team reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify problems within a business and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Design new digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on research and analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation of new digital technologies and systems.
  • Lead new digital initiatives and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences; Master's degree and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with digital solutions and open source technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Understanding of server-side templating languages, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and JSON Web Token.
  • Experience with front-end development tools and code versioning tools like Git, SVN.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience with React.js, data structure libraries, and Android development using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, NDK.
  • Knowledge of Android UI principles, design patterns, and publishing on Google Play Store.
  • Proven experience in mobile architecture and testing tools.
  • Familiarity with sensors, cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, and CI/CD pipelines.
