HR & Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, daily administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting overall organizational efficiency.

About the Job:

This role involves:

  • Human Resources:
    • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes management
    • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases regularly
    • Assisting in implementing performance management and appraisal systems
    • Addressing employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
    • Overseeing attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinating with payroll
    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and adherence to HR best practices
  • Administration:
    • Supervising daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
    • Maintaining office inventory and liaising with vendors for supplies and services
    • Organizing travel arrangements, logistics, and company events
    • Keeping administrative documents and records updated and well-organized
    • Supporting management in the implementation of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality is essential
  • Must bring their own laptop to the office on a daily basis
