Leadership Role in Sales Operations

As a key member of our organization, you will lead the sales operations section in your assigned area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and streamline sales operations to achieve maximum efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs to motivate staff and drive individual targets.
  3. Manage operational matters for the sales operations team with minimal supervision.
  4. Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, price, quality, and other concerns directly and efficiently.
  5. Coordinate production delivery with import/export sections.
  6. Oversee the creation and verification of Purchase Orders.
  7. Control delivery dates for each order, ensuring timely coordination with factories.
  8. Verify payment control and collaborate with sales staff for smooth processing.
  9. Share information with shipping sections for documentation purposes.
  10. Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction by providing proactive customer services.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, along with computer literacy.
  2. Ability to handle complex sales inquiries effectively.
  3. Strong knowledge of documentation procedures related to customs and banks.
  4. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
