Participating in external activities to increase showroom traffic and track footfall accurately enhances overall business outcomes.

Creating in-store excitement with innovative merchandising ideas in coordination with the line manager boosts store morale and drives sales.

Staying aware of competition, comparing pricing, selection of merchandise, customer service, and market trends ensures a competitive edge.

Providing exceptional customer service standards and inventory management ensures customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Complying with company SOPs for retail showroom operations, sales, pricing, payments, and financial policies safeguards company resources.

Controlling expenditures, minimizing stock losses, coordinating to ensure zero outstanding collections, and initiating corrective actions timely preserves company assets.

Responsible for showroom maintenance and safety of company assets.

Ensuring all commercial requirements, including trade licenses, health and safety, and promotional licenses, are maintained in coordination with the retail manager.

Liaising with mall management teams and building relationships to gain information on other retailers, footfall trends, and mall promotion plans.

Ensuring safekeeping of company assets to minimize losses.

Implementing a 'Disaster Recovery Plan' ensures people and asset safety in case of a disaster.

Maintaining a motivated store team using positive reinforcement techniques encourages continued improvement.
