Job Overview

The US restaurant industry is vast and complex. Restaurant owners work tirelessly to keep their businesses running smoothly, but this comes with its own set of challenges.

One major issue faced by restaurant owners is the need to operate multiple software systems and platforms to manage different aspects of their business.

This can lead to increased stress levels and decreased productivity, ultimately affecting customer satisfaction.

To address this challenge, our team provides support to restaurant owners, helping them navigate these complexities and streamline their operations.

We work closely with internal teams in Pakistan to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong command of formal, conversational, and colloquial English.

The ideal candidate will have some understanding or experience in support roles, data analytics, reporting & documentation, and marketing.

We prioritize candidates with prior experience, background, or knowledge in these areas.

Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface between restaurants and internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Document issues thoroughly, understanding causes and implications.
  • Interact with customers as needed to investigate critical issues.
  • Use various software systems to assist restaurants with time-sensitive operational tasks.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Key skills include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional intelligence; and
  • Knowledge of US cultural sensitivities.

While we don't expect candidates to have all these competencies, command over English language and people skills are essential.

The ideal candidate should have some understanding or experience in support roles (US market preferred); data analytics; reporting & documentation; and marketing.
