Job Summary

The human resources strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Planning: Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Compensation Program: Implement and revise the company's compensation program, creating and revising job descriptions as needed.
  • Salary Administration: Develop, analyze, and update the company's salary structure, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and internal equity.
  • Evaluation Program: Develop, analyze, and update the company's evaluation program, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures, maintaining and revising the employee handbook.
  • Benefits Administration: Perform benefits administration, including maintenance and revisions to employee benefits packages.
  • Affirmative Action Programs: Maintain affirmative action programs, conducting regular audits and analysis to ensure compliance.
  • Recruitment: Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads, conducting new employee orientations, and employee relations counseling.
  • Department Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date department records and reports, participating in administrative staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

As a human resources strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's HR vision and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations to drive business results.
