Process Excellence Leader

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization's operational excellence. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Excellence Leader to join our team.

As a Process Excellence Leader, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of these changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading process improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in driving/leading process excellence.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Six Sigma projects and RPA initiatives.
