Account Executive - IT Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive - IT Solutions Specialist.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting technical solutions to new and existing clients in a clear and professional manner.
You will actively coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to align customer requirements with our offerings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to learn technical concepts and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Presentation of technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations during online sales meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally by sharing relevant product updates and client insights.
Create compelling sales proposals, including pricing and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
Maintain proactive follow-ups with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
Sell our IT solutions to clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Develop long-term relationships with clients based on trust and value delivery.
Customize product/service packaging and pricing based on client-specific needs.
Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in the US Canada market.
Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn technical concepts and IT solutions.
Active listening skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt quickly.
Basic understanding of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM, storage, networking).
Familiarity with the latest IT products, both hardware and software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and online conferencing tools.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
