About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective schedule management systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Serving as a communications gatekeeper to prioritize key messages and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Leading projects from inception to completion with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and growth.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • A clear, confident, and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • A strong aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
