We are seeking a highly skilled professional to build and maintain our data infrastructure, supporting our lending models and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, and Step Functions to support reporting and real-time decision-making.
  • Data Lakehouse Management: Structure and maintain our data lake with proper partitioning, schema evolution, metadata tagging, and access control across multiple jurisdictions.
  • MLOps Support: Collaborate with data scientists to deploy models using SageMaker Pipelines, update the Feature Store, and set up triggers for model retraining.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor pipeline outputs and data quality dashboards to ensure all data is accurate, traceable, and reproducible.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform to build reproducible infrastructure, implementing logging, versioning, and KMS-encrypted security practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
