Customer Support Representative

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a Customer Support role. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, who is self-motivated and energetic, and able to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing incoming calls and communications, creating and maintaining databases, updating report formats, preparing weekly progress reports, and acquiring data for report preparation.
